that I meet the Requirements to Serve.
to strive toward the ideals listed in the Volunteer Honor Code.
to allow Coryell Community Church to run a background check before I serve in the church and as often as necessary while I am serving in order to keep the church records up to date.
For those in high risk areas (Leadership roles, Security, & those working directly with minors):
I have received a copy of the Child Protection Guidelines.
I agree to complete the online Child Safety Training annually.
