David Jentsch

Young Adults and High School Pastor

David was born and raised on his family's ranch near Gause, TX, where he spent his time playing sports when he was not wrangling animals and doing whatever else needed doing. He grew up a die-hard Aggie fan and graduated from Texas A&M in 2017, studying agricultural business and philosophy. Now, he has graduated with the Master of Divinity degree at Truett Theological Seminary and is married to his wife, MacKenzie. David is passionate about preaching the name of Jesus and equipping disciples for lives of faith, hope, and love.

You have an entire weekend to yourself. What do you do? Get up early and read all morning, likely a theological or philosophical text accompanied by hot coffee. Eat a light lunch and write in the early afternoon. Finish off the day with a long walk with my laborador, Rusty, and a work of fiction before turning in early. Repeat the next day.
On Sunday you can find me: At the youth building, preaching and discussing God's way with the high schoolers.
